Bespoke Commissions

Creating unique jewellery pieces for my clients is the most rewarding part of my business. My design process begins via email or phone to discuss initial ideas. Once this has been established, we can either book a consultation at my space in the Nicholas Building in Melbourne’s CBD or, alternatively, continue to discuss via email.
During the consultation, which usually runs for half an hour to forty-five minutes, I have a selection of finished work and a wide range of models to view. This allows for a richer discussion of design styles and looks at important design considerations such as scale and materials.
From here, I usually take a week to get back to you with my final thoughts and a quote on what has been discussed. Quotes are valid for one week.
I will require you to sign an order form outlining my terms and conditions and a detailed overview of the commissioned work to confirm an order. Work will commence on the order once a 50% deposit has been made.
My average delivery time for commissioned bespoke pieces is 3-6 weeks. However, this can vary due to gemstone availability and the complexity of the work involved.
