18ct white gold Trousseau ring set with diamonds.

The first precious range that I made, almost 20 years ago, had the Wide Random ring as a main design. I had just read a book on the history of gemstones and was I inspired by a description of someone going down into a mine and all the natural gemstones glistening in the dark. I thought that the idea of these precious materials being held in the earth could be caught in a ring. Also, at the time, solitaire style rings were very fashionable. I wanted to say here that very small, carefully chosen gemstones, were as important as larger single stones. The random formations did not highlight one thing but supported a collection of chosen things.

These two rings are not in stock but are available to order through my studio. I have a Trousseau ring in stock, it is set with champagne diamonds. I am about two weeks away from having an 18ct yellow gold Wide Random ring finished and it will be available on my online store.
